Our Warwick office is located near Kent Hospital, less than ¼ mile off Route 95, exit 10A, in the Apponaug section of Warwick, RI.

Our Smithfield office is located just minutes off Route 295 at exit 7B (Greenville), also easily reached from northwest Rhode Island via Route 105 or Route 44.

Holidays

Although West Bay Orthopaedic Associates, Inc. is closed for regular business on the holidays listed below, emergency assistance is always available by calling our main telephone number at 738-3730. You will be connected to our 24 hour a day answering service who will contact the physician on call for you. Of course in any life-threatening emergency, you should call 911 and/or go to the nearest emergency room.

Insurance Participation / Patient Responsibilities

We participate with most major insurance companies including Blue Shield of Rhode Island, Medicare, Worker’s Compensation, United Healthcare, Aetna, Tufts, Cigna, Mashantucket, and several others. Deductibles and co-insurance vary greatly between plans and often insurances require pre-certification or pre-authorization for surgery and testing such as MRI, CT Scan, etc. There are often higher co-pays for braces, devices and other Durable Medical Equipment (DME). All DME is provided by outside venders and is billed by them. We ask that you check with your insurance company or your employer regarding your co-pays and other patient responsibilities and be prepared to pay at the time of service. Our billing department is more than happy to help you with your billing questions.

For your convenience we accept Visa and Mastercard as payment options as well as personal checks, cash and money orders.
