Dr. Jeffrey J. Kozlik, PT, DPT

Jeff graduated from Quinnipiac College in 1996 and received his doctorate in Physical Therapy from Boston University in 2008. Prior to joining West Bay Orthopedics, Dr. Kozlik developed a strong background in various clinical settings across the rehabilitation spectrum including acute, subacute, outpatient and long term care. Over the past ten years, he has worked with clients in multiple settings to develop successful rehabilitation programs designed to reduce mobility impairments and improve functional independence. An avid hockey fan and player, Jeff also served as the assistant hockey coach and team therapist for the Bryant College Men’s Hockey Team. His clinical areas of interest include geriatric, shoulder and sports rehabilitation. Dr. Kozlik is a member of the Rhode Island and American Physical Therapy Associations.
